Step 2. Run it to create a bootable CD (USB) for Windows 10 computer
- Run Passper WinSenior, choose USB Flash Drive or CD/DVD as the media type to burn the password reset disk.
- Plug a USB flash drive or just insert CD to the CD-ROM.
- Select the inserted device from the drop-down list and click the “Create” button to proceed.
- A screen will pop up. Click “Continue” to confirm burning. It will take a few minutes to burn the program.
- When you see the Burning Successfully message pop up, click OK to finish creating Windows 10 bootable USB or disk.


Step 3. Boot the locked Windows 10 computer from bootable USB or disk
Then, in the following steps, let me reboot the system and I’ll show you what we’re gonna do to boot the locked computer from a USB password reset disk or CD/DVD password reset disk.
1. Insert the bootable USB or CD/DVD disk with the Windows 10 password reset to your locked computer.

4. Then you can see where you’re going to boot by using CD-ROM or a removable device like USB flash drive. Choose USB flash drive or CD-ROM by moving up and moving down the cursor keys.

5. The interface of the Windows password reset program will appear. Select the operating system of your locked computer to start removing/resetting your Windows passwords or deleting/creating your Windows accounts.

Step 4. Reset admin Windows 10 password without password
When you successfully boot from the disk with Windows 10 password reset, you can see the software you’re going to use. After pushing enter, you can see Passper WinSenior starts to load up on the locked computer. OK, so now we can see the Windows password recovery wizard screen as below.
