How to Backup Android phone to PC before Factory reset?

I have a few problems with my Galaxy S7. And I want to fully backup Android data on my computer before resetting it. I have tried the Syncdroid app but it is not effective. Is there a way to back up my phone so I can get it back to how I like it more quickly?

Step 1. Launch Android backup software for PC
